Hello and welcome. My name is Alkathy-Ann Patrick, and I am the heart behind Heart2Care Support Services. As a Community Care Specialist, I am committed to working collaboratively with clients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and the wider community to deliver the best service in the provision of supportive care.

I am trained as a Community Service Worker and LTC (Long-Term Care) Home Assistant. My professional background includes a wealth of experience in the healthcare, community service, and non-profit setting. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse population of people facing various challenges such as mental health, physical limitations, discrimination, marginalization, isolation, and social injustice. I am passionate about giving back to my community through volunteering efforts such as mentoring and teaching children or providing various levels of support to those who work in a leadership capacity.
